Isabo
is my sweet princess. She is named after the character played
by Michelle Pfeiffer in "LadyHawke." Isabo will be two years old this
month. She loves it when I am home and follows me all over the house.
She's not a big cuddler, but is always near by keeping an eye on all
the activity. She gets teased about being the customs inspector
because every new item that comes into the house needs to be
thoroughly sniffed. She also gets teased about being cross eyed. She
spends a lot of time looking at things upside down, so we joke that
she can see better that way. A silly thing that she does is when I
turn the TV off, she jumps off the couch at lightning speed and
attacks the TV. I think she likes the static on the screen. My
favorite thing about Isabo is that every morning when my alarm goes
off, she comes to the top of the bed and paws at my comforter by my
head. I have to let her under the covers and she cuddles by my side
with my arm around her. But only as long as she is covered by the
comforter.
