Hello!
My cat's name is Sal, and he's a real cutie! We adopted him
when he was one year old from a no-kill shelter here in Ontario,
Canada. He is now approximately two and a half years old - we don't
know what his real age is because he was a stray before he was
rescued. Even though he is not any special breed, he is still a
beautiful cat, and he has a great personality - he's friendly,
playful, and very gentle. Sal is also a great friend, and keeps me
company.
Sal has quite a few good tricks, but they're mostly sneaky ways to
procure people food! He can "sit nice," and if I even
whisper the word "birdie" he goes bananas and runs to our
balcony window to look at the pigeons. He understands the word
"daddy," and when I say "where's daddy," he looks
bewildered, and heads for our front door, to greet my husband! He's
very quirky, and is in love with a particular frog figurine of mine.
It's made of soapstone, and he looks for it, pushes it off whatever
shelf it's on, and rolls around with it.
