Lucky
is special because he is my little "gift from God," because he
found us - he was born under our house; his mother was a stray. My
husband crawled under the house and rescued him when he was only
about three-weeks-old, and I've had him ever since. He is over a year
old now. My husband chose the name Lucky for "lucky to be alive." He
thinks I'm mommie; he follows me around everywhere and sleeps right
next to me. Lucky is a "Snowshoe Siamese," which means he is a cross
between a Siamese and an American Shorthair. Unlike most Siamese, he
has white feet and a white belly. He has the most beautiful clear
blue eyes. Lucky loves to lay on the floor & place his face right on
the air conditioner vent so that the cool air is in his face; it's so
cute! He also loves people. He greets visitors by laying upside down
on his back, which means he's inviting the visitor to pet his belly.
He especially loves little children, and will run right up to them
when one comes to visit. I had never had a cat before in my life and
thought I didn't want one; but he found me, and I love him dearly. I
truly feel that he was a gift!
