It
was love at first sight when we first saw Paulie. He was the most
beautiful kitten we've ever seen in our lives! Paulie thinks he's a
small dog and likes to retrieve his little mouse when we throw it to
him. He looks so funny walking around with the mouse in his mouth. He
often plays with his toys sitting on his hind legs just using his
front paws, like a raccoon.
He likes to torture his older "brother", Rocky. (Rocky is a
fourteen-year-old cat we got as a kitten from the shelter). Rocky
will be sleeping peacefully and Paulie will sneak up on him, leap in
the air and land square on top of him! This leads to the two of them
chasing each other around the house. Rocky sure is getting more
exercise since his little brother arrived! Paulie is going to be
huge. He now weighs eight pounds (at age five months!) and we're told
his grandfather weighed 25 pounds. Watch out, Rocky!!
