This
cat is a wonder. After sixteen years, her previous family left
her to be euthanized because she didn't get along with new family
dog. Having none of that, with their blessing, I adopted her. A four
paw declaw, she had been "Dip Dip" for sixteen years. It
was definitely time for a name change. As I was driving this little
old cat home, it hit me. I was "Driving Miss Daisy". She
adjusted to my household of eight other cats within thirty minutes
and never looked back. She has been with us for two years now. At age
eighteen she has had surgery to remove a hyperactive thyroid and has
bounced back to her old self giving me face massages with her bony
little declawed toes.
P.S. Sometimes she wears just a little rouge and the family pearls.
