Gamri
was given to us as a house-warming present when he was eight weeks
old. He was our third cat and was immediately followed by dogs,
guinea pigs, parrot, an iguana, uromastyx, fish, tortoises, turtles,
doves, cockatiels and hedgehogs. We now have 53 pets in all and
Gamri is still my favorite. He is totally spoiled, is always by my
side and speaks to me whenever he feels slightly lonely. He will eat
anything I'm eating, including raw mushrooms, tomatoes and celery.
His particular love is bread - he will eat a slice of bread faster
than I can! What makes him special is that he had never showed any
jealousy for any of the animals that followed him. He'll sit next to
Fesu the parrot and even next to our doves when I bring them out of
the cage - he'll just sit there watching them in a very friendly
manner. Apart from all this - he's special because he is so
heart-breakingly beautiful... don't you agree?
