Spumoni
Catatori was named after the sweet, tri-colored Italian ice
cream because she's also sweet and tri-colored! We adopted her from a
shelter a little over 1 year ago as a companion for our other cat,
Anders. We had returned to the shelter for the second time to look at
a kitten we were thinking of adopting, but then we saw her. She is
beautiful kitty, especially her large, fluffy, plume of a tail! We sat
down beside each other and she came up and sat on us both at the same
time (which was quite a stretch for her!). She was the one! We took
her home that same day.
Spumoni is a very friendly and talkative kitty. She
loves to chat and can carry on a lively conversation. Every day when
we wake up and when we come home from work she greets us by meowing
and rolling around on the floor. Sometimes she will even give us a
back or head massage if we've had a rough day. She entertains our
guests by showing off some of her tricks, such as playing fetch,
knocking our magnets off the refrigerator, and tossing her toys high
into the air. Everyone loves her because she is so soft and loves to
be petted and held. She loves being the center of attention. Spumoni
is a very important member of our family. She makes us laugh, and is a
great friend to Anders and to both of us. We love her very much!
