At
time of this picture, Nicky was nine weeks old, he's now sixteen
months old and a real terror! Nicky was a Christmas present in 2000
from my niece who wanted to console me in a special way after the
death of my cat Misty of thirteen years. Nicky has grown from a skinny
kitten, to a "tiger" of twelve pounds. He gallops like a horse,
attacks anything that moves (leaves, our feet, paper) and he has
turned into a real hunter, catching mice every day. Nicky is a "crazy"
cat who like to chase my mother up and down the hallway and if you
start the electric can opener he charges into the kitchen, crashing
into the chairs before finally crashing into his food dish in
anticipation of being fed! Nicky is his own boss and only cuddles when
he wants too. A personality like no other cat that I've ever had in my
whole life. But I still love him all the same....he's one of my
"babies."
