We
didn't know what our mom wanted for her birthday. We got her a few
T-shirts, but that just wasn't enough. We wanted to get her something
extra special, so we went to the Northshore Animal League in Port
Washington to look for a cute kitten that all of us would like,
especially our mom. We found Gus and fell in love with him right away.
When we got home, our mom sure was surprised! Gus wasn't exactly the
present my mom expected, but she really loves him. He likes to play
hide-and-seek, he has a "step brother" named Boots, he likes to snuggle
with people and he comes when you call him.
