This
is my cat Duchess. She is a very affectionate cat who loves to be
around the family. Her hobbies include sitting on the windows looking
outside at the birds, playing fetch with her favorite toy and being
brushed daily.
I like to call Duchess my personal alarm clock because every morning at
the same time she will wake us up to play with her or to brush her fur.
Her favorite game in early morning is where she likes to stalk and
attack. She will run up and down the hall and hide and wait for us to
pass by so she can attack. She is also a very nosey cat. She will look
inside bags, purses and boxes - anything new we bring into the house has
to be inspected by Duchess first. After all, it is all for her, right?
She is a very good kitty, she will never bite or scratch you while
playing - she has always been that way. She has made our front door
floor mat her own scratching post - that and a life-sized statue of a
Rottweiler dog we have in our living room! She has never clawed my
furniture, though. Duchess is very special to our family, we enjoy her
very much. I wouldn't trade her for the whole world!!
