Marley
Wellington Sutton-McMaster is special for so many reasons. We
adopted him from a local shelter in December 2000. From the very first
night he spent with us, he's slept at our feet. He is the most loving
cat we have ever known, and cannot be in a separate room from us for
more than five minutes.
Marley is not only loving; he also has a playful streak. His many
talents include retrieving a ball from the top of the stairs and tossing
it down, chasing us around the house in games of (no pun intended) cat
and mouse, and nibbling at our hair each morning to let us know it's
feeding time. Marley (or Marles, as he is affectionately called) is a
true individual. He frequently poses for the camera (as evidenced by
his glamour shot here). He rules the roost and he knows it. We could
never have dreamed of having a sweeter, fiestier, or more intelligent
cat. He is our greatest joy.
