She's
named 'Aja' and is a Siamese Chocolate point. Aja is special
because she has a BIG personality. She's an attention seeker with the
cutest face - I could just gobble her all up! Oh, and she 'talks' to me
too, which makes her all the more interesting.
My Siamese kitten Aja has been the first cat for me to have such a
lovely and strong personality. She was an only born kitten and when I
first held her at three months of age, she hooked onto my t-shirt with
her claws and wouldn't let go - the breeder had to unhook her from me,
and that's how I knew she was special. The breeder had another cat with
Siamese kittens and they were mostly boys. For some reason she said that
most people want the boys and not the girls. There was a chance that she
was going to have problems finding the girls an owner. I didn't want
anything to happen to her so I snapped her up!
We play 'fetch teddy' - I throw her little favorite teddy bear as far
away as I can in a room, she chases after it and brings it back to me in
her mouth! (My husband taught her that :). Isn't that clever? She's
cheap entertainment too. She loves playing by herself with a small
crumbled up piece of paper. She slips and slides with it on the floor
and is so funny to watch. She's one of those kittens that you have to
witness to see just how gorgeous she it in person.
