Thistle
is a an offspring of a friend's cat. She and her littermate
Patchouli were born March 11, 2000, which makes them two years old. They
share their home with Tamworth, nine, and Guinness, also two. (Guinness is my
"grandcat", belonging to my son, Matthew, who recently became my
"Prodigal Son"!) Thistle is the loudest purrrrrrrrer I have ever heard.
She also possesses the roughest tongue experienced by everyone who has
met her. She is very friendly and loves all she meets. Thistle is very
photogenic, as demonstrated in this portrait entitled "Vampire Kitty".
