Beanie
is a six-month-old tabby who dreams of being a tiger. He climbs up
in our plant decorations and naps. He stalks many bugs outside, climbs
many trees and acts bigger than he really is! Beanie is a special cat.
We named him Beanie because he reminded us on a Beanie Baby bean bag
toy. He sleeps on the top bunk-bed with my daughter, Sydney. She will
not go to sleep unless he is there. He will purr and snuggle in next to
her feet. Sometimes he needs help getting up to the top bunk if there is
any stuff on the dresser and will meow to get our attention to move the
stuff so he can jump up on the bed. Beanie is very playful and loves
toys that move really fast like feathery things on a string - all the
better to practice his tiger-like stalking and attack skills!
