This
is our Percy (his official name is Percival Peapod, but his friends
can call him Percy). He showed up one evening in our back yard, pretty
thin and full of fleas. His outdoor survival skills were pretty pitiful,
so he became cat #2 in our family. We suspect he has a little Siamese
or Burmese in his background as he is most beautiful with very delicate
features. He's almost all black with a little white on the tummy! Percy
loves bird watching, hanging upside down on the cat climber and running
around the house like a mad cat. He also has a loud meow that sounds
like he is singing in the opera! He sings for his supper, sings with the
birds, sings to the dog and sings to us at 5:00 AM! He is now part of a
tribe of four other cats (T.C., William, Pippin the blind kitten, and
Bandit) and a very tolerant and loveable Golden Retriever named Fiona.
Percy is in love with Fiona and wants to snuggle with her and give love
bites. Fiona resists, of course! Percy is one cool cat and very special
to us! We don't need alarm clocks around this house!
