This
is Gimley; so named after the Gimley on Lord of the Rings. Her
best friend is our Chihuahua, Frodo - ditto on the name. When we first
got Gimley and her twin sister Pippin, the dog was only three months old and
they would cuddle together. The two cats would try to 'nurse' the dog.
They would knead him with their little paws and he would just love it.
Not so any more!
She is such a sweet kitty. She loves to lay by your face if you sit
down in the recliner or go to bed. She purrs so loud it will wake you
up. She loves boxes! She will get in any box or bag that is lying
around. She even tries to get in the kleenex box! Once she got stuck
in a cereal box and was running around the house backwards trying to get
it off.
In the morning when we get up, she follows my husband around meowing
until he fills her dish. She also will sit by Frodo's dish waiting for
us to fill it. I keep thinking she is going to grow to be a big cat.
We'll see. We love our kitty no matter what.
