This
is our sweet girl Frankie. Frankie adopted us rather than us
adopting her. She showed up on our back deck one day and didn't leave.
We tried to find her family, but nobody we talked to had ever seen her
before. So, after a couple weeks of living on our deck (that's where
this picture was taken), my husband broke down and let her in the house.
We took her to the vet to be checked out and she was totally healthy,
and she's been ours ever since!
Frankie loves to play and be loved. She loves pony-tail hair bands and
even knows how to open the drawers in the bathroom to get at them. She
and our other cat Emmie love for us to throw the hair band and they go
chasing after it. Emmie will bring it back to us in her mouth and they
will wait for us to throw it again. I guarantee anytime you look under
our couches you will find at least one hair band! One of her favorite
things to do it to sit in the windows and watch all that is going on
outside. She has several neighborhood kitty friends that come by and say
hi. She also loves to wake me up by kneading on my head while I'm
sleeping at night. I can never get mad at her, she is just too cute! She
is truly a joy in our lives.
