Bubba
entered our lives when we visited an animal shelter back in 2001.
It was obvious that he had been on his own for a long while, living in
the streets. But his eyes seemed to say, "Please give me a chance!"
Well, that was four years ago and Bubba has since become accustomed to the
life of a King. We have spoiled him silly! He has cat toys, a bed, and
a cat basket to nap in. At first he was afraid to be petted, but now he
can't get enough. His favorite "activity" is to curl into a ball in the
corner of a room, like he is doing in this picture. Even with all the
attention he receives, he has never lost that look in his eye. The look
that seems to say "love me!" And we do!
