Buttons
is very special as he is trained to sit up, shake a paw and roll
over. Buttons is very affectionate with people but will not tolerate
another animal in the house. This is his domain and no one crosses his
threshold. He can tell good people from bad people, which comes in very
handy helping me judge when to open the door and when not to. He
loves all good people but is definitely not a 'lap' cat. He wants his
loving on his terms and his time but not on your lap. He will let you
know. He has never been on the counters, table, furniture or beds. He
has his own love seat and two window seats and that is all he uses. He
is a very finicky eater and likes to have one teaspoon of ice cream
every night after dinner. He is 20 pounds of pure joy and greets me every
morning when I get out of bed. He sits at my feet and follows me around
like a puppy. My husband refers to him as 'my pup'.
