Munchkin
came to us from a family friend as a kitten. She used to be
one of six until she moved with in with my husband and I. This move was
perfect for her. She loves being an only cat. Her favorite things to
do are sit on the couch and look out the window and bask in the bright
morning sunshine. First thing in the morning she jumps up on the couch
to remind us that it is time to open the blinds. We often call her "the
sunshine kitty."
Every night at 11:00 she comes downstairs and sits on the landing as if
to remind us that it is time for bed. When we say "time for bed", she
runs up the stairs to the bedroom. When she wants us to pet her where
she sits, she will roll over on her back and wait for us to come pet
her. And she loves us to get down in the floor with her so she can rub
her face on ours. Also, she is the most talkative cat I've ever met.
Her voice has been described as a "rusty gate" or a "crying baby". We
truly love her.
