KaDi
was chosen from a litter of six. We had just lost our beloved
kitty Pete after seventeen years, and we were devastated. Everyone said
to wait at least two months, but I couldn't stand going home with no
greeting for two weeks. She is a ginger and only weighed one pound when
I took her to the vet, her eyes were still blue. She is a busy little
girl, she drags toys all over the house, hates to be touched, she only
allows this when she feels like it, she leans her head towards you and
you may rub her head just a little, I will most likely get bit when the
affection moment wears off, not her daddy he gets all the affection, I
think maybe it is because I do the grooming and checking to be sure all
is well, she hates for me to pick her up and wash her face. Also she
rarely ever meows she coos some and growls when you are doing something
for her. But at the end of each day she still has the sweetest little
face, I just adore her. Also she loves to ride in the car she sits on a
pillow on the console between us, and believe I know how dangerous this
could be, but she is so content, My other Cat Pete would have torn the
car apart, not KaDi, she goes camping with us every other weekend. She
hates to get in the carrier, she may hide from you when she sees you
packing to go, but once she is in the car and you let her out of the
carrier she is good to go. KaDi now weighs about twelve pounds. she is a
nibbler - but she nibbles quite often. We live in Franklin, Virginia,
where she is a very loved little girl, and makes our house complete.
