I
help feed and care for feral cats living in an alley. One day, out of
nowhere, appeared this little guy. He would come within a couple feet
then drop to the ground and roll, but wouldn't come close enough for me
to touch him. He would have nothing to do with the humane trap, so I
had to get an extra large drop trap made and placed it over the little
bed he liked to sleep in. Some time later, I got the little bugger! I
took him to the vet and when I heard the words, "he tried to eat us", I
thought, "oh geez, what have I gotten myself into?!"
But instead of the wild creature the vet's office described, he has
turned out to be the absolute sweetest, most cuddly little lap kitty!
He gets along wonderfully with his two kitty siblings, and entertains us
all with his antics. As for finding him a home... well, that won't be
necessary, as now I wouldn't part with him for the world.
