After
living in the wild and dining on our back porch every night
for eight months, Ginger came to the door one cold January afternoon and
cried loudly. When I opened the door he walked in and has been in our
home and hearts ever since. It was like a miracle, because he would run
every time we so much as looked at him before that day.
He was tattooed but we couldn't find the previous owner so we adopted
him ourselves, or rather he adopted us. He knew about litter boxes and
purred as he got a bath and grooming. He is a good brother to our two
calicos, Sophie and Sadie, and a true blessing to all of us. Isn't he a
handsome boy now?
