This
is my cat Dickens. I got her when she was just a kitten, sixteen
years ago from a farm near my house. She has matured from a frisky little
kitten into a sleek, petite adult. She is a very vocal cat and always lets
me know if she wants to go out or if it's time for breakfast! She's
extremely friendly and comes when I call her. Her favorite treats are
cheese curls and chips. I think she likes the salt.
Dickens also likes fresh treats - wildlife like mice and squirrels and
routinely catches them, despite her years! She's starting to get grey
around the whiskers, and has definitely mellowed with age. During the
night, Dickens often curls up next to me, purring happily. She is a very
special cat and I am so happy she's still here!
