I
just "appeared" on Mommy's patio on December 1, 2001. It was a very cold
wintery night. I was very little for my age and skinny, too. I had ear mites
and fleas, but Mommy and Nana took me to Dr. Pat and they fixed me right up! I
Came, I Purred, and I Conquered! We celebrate my birthday on May 21st.
I have a tri-colored nose - it's light pink, dark pink, and black! I was in
the 2007 Mississippi Animal Rescue League calendar. On February 14, 2009, I
won the 2009 Most Purrfect Cat Contest sponsored by the Natchez-Adams County
Humane Society. I raised over $660 for the homeless babies. There were 104
entries and the entire contest raised over $3000 to benefit the NACHS. I won a
crown and a huge kitty goody basket. But more importantly, we raised the money
for the Humane Society.
I used to be able to turn flips, before I got to be a "big" girl. I weigh 14.5
pounds. I love those little Tuna Flakes that Mommy brings me from Marshall
Field's in Chicago. I had an ulcer last year and I had to eat baby food - that
stuff is yummy! I also love salmon Greenies I love to eat canned Fancy Feast
(Savory Salmon is my favorite) microwaved for six seconds. Mommy thinks I don't
know that she hides my hairball med in there! I have to eat Science Diet for
Sensitive Stomachs dry for my ulcer. I love my Mommy's room and upstairs in
the scrapbook room in my hammock. I also love, love, love to lay in warm
clothes right out of the dryer!
I am very shy. I don't like visitors at my house. I run upstairs and hide.
I'm scared they might take me away from my wonderful home. I still don't like
my little brat bother, Casper Todd. I don't like being the middle child. I
love my Mommy, Nana and Pawpaw because they treat me like a human baby and
give me all the love, food, toys, and attention a girl could ever want! I
love to lay in the sun on my cashmere blankey (I have expensive tastes!). I
also love to sleep with my Mommy under the electric blanket. My favorite toy
is my stuffed chipmunk Chipper that I carry around in my mouth and drool on.
I wish all the homeless kitties had a wonderful furever home just like mine!
