Hi,
I'm Tucker! I'm just a little guy but, as my mom says, I'm small but
mighty. I'm incredibly feisty, playful and full of energy and curiosity. I'm
very talkative and I'm not shy about expressing my opinion at all. I'm not
much of a cuddlier but I do like getting lots of attention, especially when
it's playtime. I do have my special moments though when I like to get close;
like after mom takes a shower and she's still damp and smells good, I lie in
her lap and rub my scent all over her to make her mine again. In the winter
when it is cold, I like to snuggle between mom's legs where it is cozy and
warm and sleep all night there. And I like to give dad lots of attention
after he comes home from work. He always looks like he has had a hard day.
My mom calls me other names too, like "Stinkerbell" and "Bud." She says she
calls me Stinkerbell because I have a bell on my collar and that I am a little
stinker. I don't understand - I don't think I stink! She likes to call me
Bud, too, because I'm her best buddy. We hang together and I like to help her
do all kinds of stuff - especially when she is working in the garden. I
helped her plant peas once. She dug a hole in the dirt, dropped the pea in
and covered it up. I thought it was my job to dig it back up again. Mom
called me Stinkerbell lots that day.
I like to get everyone up really early every morning. Sometimes even before the
sun comes up. There is so much to do and so little time to do it. I race
across the bed over and over again until someone (usually mom) gets up and
lets me outside. Although sometimes she gets up and just closes the bedroom
door in my face. How rude!
Dad says that I am one of a kind and that they broke the mold when they made
me. I certainly do have lots of personality and that is why I am so special
and the reason everyone loves me.
