In
our family we like to say that Rascal chose us to live with... when we
went to the Humane Society to adopt a kitten, he was the friendly one who
walked right over and started purring!
This "millennium boy" (born on March 5, 2000) has lived up to his name very
well. Rascal can be extremely active - running and pouncing around the house,
up and down the stairs playing hide and seek games; biting at plants and
shoelaces; hiding small objects and then opening closet doors by himself to
find them and wandering around on tables and countertops to see what mischief
he can get into!
When he needs a nap, Rascal has many unique places where he curls up... a
tissue box, a suitcase, under a blanket or in a ray of sunshine.
Rascal has beautiful tabby markings, an adorable face, expressive ears with
the softest "peach fuzz" fur behind them and a long tail which he likes to
wrap around himself and then put his two front paws on resting them on his
tail tip. Many people have admired our handsome boy and thought he was a
purebred cat.
Rascal was the best gift we ever gave to our two children - even today when
the three of them are hanging out together there's no arguing! To us, Rascal
is the Cat of the Day every day.
