He
is the most perfect cat in the world. I bought him in Fairbanks,
Alaska 1996. He traveled from Fairbanks, Alaska to Columbia, South
Carolina in the back of an eighteen wheeler - sleeping in a tent -
which took twelve days. He is a sweet kitty with a great personality.
If I'm away from him for any length of time - I hear him crying,
walking around my house, looking for me. You can't beat kitty love.
Tobie is 98 - I mean in "cat years." He is fourteen... will be fifteen
next August. He's got the sweetest personality - very affectionate. He
loves to cuddle and is a total lap cat. Every time I sit on the couch,
he is right there with me. When I read the paper, he is in my lap
reading as well - and I'm not going to mention the computer. I can't
type on the computer without his help. He's the type of cat that you
can dress up and it doesn't bother him. He is a very laid-back cat -
nothing much rattles him. The only "game" that I can think of that he
plays is carrying his pink pig in his mouth to find me when I'm not
around - while crying out loud. I can be in the front of the house and
he in the very back - and hear him crying. I'll go tell him where I am
and he has his pink pig in his mouth looking for me.
You can't tell from this picture, but he has a curly tail. I don't
know if he was born like that or he got it caught in a door when he
was little, but it's just part of what makes him Tobie.
