Ono
came into my life as a rescued kitten hardly a few weeks old and his
eyes barely opened. He was quite small at the time and during his first
night home he snuggled his way into a pillow case which lead to a panic
in the house until he was found shortly a few moments later.
He's grown to be one of the most affectionate cats in the household. He
patiently waits for us to come home. And when we are in another room he
cries for us, longing for attention. Ono will flip on his back just to
get his tummy rubbed. He's quite the chatter box as well and loves to
'meowtalk' to his mommy! He loves making his sad or grumpy faces to his
mommy that just melts her heart. Some of his hobbies includes fetching
hairbands, playing outside in the grass, sleeping on the computer
keyboard and wrestling with his brothers and sisters.
He surprised his mommy throughout the years by learning tricks; jumping
into mommy's arms on command, sit, and play dead. He's quite particular
about his water though, he loves water coming straight out of water
bottles and if he sees anyone drinking from one he will push his nose
into the bottle just to get himself some. If someone has a cup of water
on a table, he will knock it over just to see how the water makes
puddles and he is fixated on having ice cubes in his water bowl in order
for him to drink. He loves playing in water. Regardless of being high
maintenance over water, he has continuously shown his family love and affection.
