Olive
came to me five years ago, one year to the month after I lost my
fifteen-year-old shepherd/Doberman mix Dixon. It was if Dixon sent Olive to
me. As I was sitting on the porch one night, she just showed up. I let her
in and she's never left.
Never having owned a cat before, I didn't know what to expect. Turns out,
she's well behaved, quiet, loving on her terms and good company. She lives
with two other cats and is indifferent towards them. She loves sitting at the
patio door watching all the wildlife in the back yard. For a first time cat
owner, I lucked out with the best cat ever!
