Hi!
This is my kitten Galego. He is so named because here in my country of
Brazil, in many regions, people popularly called blond and fair-skinned
people "galegos" (galician) because of the similarity with the typical biotype
of the region in Portugal of that name. And my Galego ... well, he looked
like a mouse, so small and white and pathetic.
Now, well, he's very messy (almost a destroyer of things), and enjoys
dragging out toys in the house and leaving them everywhere. He likes to bite
(and it is a very strong bite), is quarrelsome and does not like you to
touch his belly one bit! But despite all that, he hates being alone.
If by chance he does not see anyone, he will be desperate and start meowing
loudly, like he is calling for us! When he finds someone, he comes and bites
that person, I think it's because he gets angry thinking that was abandoned.
Poor kitty!
I found Galego in a pet shop, where he was being given away. He was the only
kitten left, and no one wanted him because he was ugly and sick. But seeing
him as he is today, beautiful and strong, I know they missed out on a
wonderful cat. I love my little troublemaker!
