I have recently adopted Ginger and she is honestly the most loving and playful cat I've ever had. I have been searching for a Persian for several years now and when I finally found her I knew she was the cat for me! Ginger's previous owners did not take her to the vet annually. So whenever I took her to her first vet visit the week I adopted her, they told me she had developed a chronic ear infection. After several trips and some antibiotics and steroids, the inflammation has finally cleared up and she is like a new cat now! I like to think it was fate that brought Ginger and I together. I rescued her from a bad situation and she has brought happiness to me ever since.
Ginger loves chasing shadows. She attacks the wall, floor, or wherever they are seen for hours. She also likes sleeping with her head propped on top of her water bowl. She's very spoiled and always gets her way. But neither of us would want that any different. Ginger has brought a light into my world. She is a wonderful companion and nothing makes me feel better than coming home every day to see her cute little face. I'm thankful I've found such a great pet and I hope to have her as a companion for many years to come!
