This is Jones, he is my Russian Blue (mix). Jones stays outside for the most part (I have a big yard and we live near a large wooded area), but he does stay inside during the winter. Since he lives outside most of the time he's slightly feral. He's also huge for a cat. Not as in fat but more like he's just big boned, I guess.
He's constantly driving me crazy by clawing/drooling all of my stuff. He also likes to kill small animals and then leaves them partially eaten on my porch. He doesn't like other people ... he hisses at pretty much every stranger he comes into contact with. He will also stick his head in my armpit (which tickles...a lot) and attempts to eat my hair occasionally when he feels I'm not paying proper attention to him.
Despite all of that he can be a real sweetheart (when he feels like it) and likes to cuddle and is really affectionate for a cat. He'll lay down in my lap while I'm reading or checking my DA profile or playing Minecraft. Unfortunately he also likes to knead, claws extended, and I've lost a couple of pairs of pants and t-shirts to his claws. (They are now used as pajamas.)
Jones also has the cutest meow ever ... he sounds like a kitten even though he's eight - and huge. I love him!
