Scarface (Scarfy for short) and his brother, Jungo, were left behind by their owners (who were the ones that named the cats) after they moved out of their house. We heard about the cats from a friend and decided we would take them in, having them as inside and outside cats. After maybe a year, the sweet Jungo ran away, but the needy Scarfy stayed. We've had him since maybe 2012.
Scarfy is a very picky eater, loves tuna and licking mint gum wrappers, loves to come inside just to drink water from the bathroom sink, and will knead with his paws and bury his face in (or "milk") any of my soft and fuzzy pillows, pajama pants, or blankets. When he wants to come inside, he meows very deeply and loudly, which always gets our attention.
He is very hygienic (always cleaning himself), is chubby, and quite lazy. He is the perfect model for pictures! He can either be very loving and affectionate, or very insistant on ignoring me and even get irritated. But we love him either way!
