Binks is a loving Bombay that I rescued when his owner moved away and abandoned him outside. After feeding him from my patio for a month, he trusted me to pick him up and save him. We have been best friends ever since!
Binks is my third cat. He is eager to please and has learned to come when called and make eye contact when I say his name. He has the deep panther-like purr of the Bombay and he has a specific meow unlike any other cat I've known. It is very polite, going up in tone so it sounds like a question, "meow?" He is affectionate and prefers staying by my side than going outside. At night, he almost magically slips through the blinds to look out of the window and in the morning he will stay in bed until I get up. I am so grateful to have earned his trust because once he trusted me and allowed me to save him, he has become my buddy.
