Miss Effie, named after a great aunt, is my Mother's revenge for me not having children. Don't let that darling little face fool you! Redecorating my shelves is a favorite pastime. Let's just say she is a minimalist. She likes to chew yarn, and can frequently be found bird-watching. She loves sleeping under the down comforter, too.
Effie is very communicative - she gives me the "I am mad at you" hunch when the food dish is empty. Then she gets under my feet while I serve her food! When she wants to cuddle, she gets to cuddle! She also travels to my cousins' a couple of hours from here. Car riding isn't her favorite but she tolerates it, especially if I let her drive (hee hee - not really, but I am sure she'd prefer that!). She and her cousin Bob have a great time. They like to use the mole holes in the country as litter boxes! I love her with all her character!
