Mocha is a part Siamese and part calico. My mom found her a garage sale for free. The reason those people were giving her away was because one of their friends left her at their house and never came back to get her. Also, she needed up getting pregnant by their own cat on top of that. Mocha was a year old and already had a kittens. Even though my mom was a dog person, she thought Mocha was the most beautiful cat she's ever seen.
My mom took her home without any hesitation. She has been a part of our lives since 2007 and I been loving every minute of it. Mocha was the name that her previous owners gave her. We decided to keep the name for two reasons: 1. She answered to that name. 2. Because the name fit her so well because she looks like a fluffy cup of coffee!! She is the best of both worlds. She is affectionate but mostly on her terms. However, she is a very patient cat. She wore a Santa hat at Christmas, and wore her new kimono quite nicely. She still loves to hide in paper bags and play. I love her very much.
