This is Dub also known as Peanut, Pumpkin, or Dubbykins! This is truly a one-of-a-kind cat, the one cat I've ever known that loves to cuddle, be held, and carried like a baby. My husband got him when he was just a baby and he was just as loveable as he is grownup! When he was a kitten he used to wait for my husband to come home from work by sitting at the window and greeted him at the door when he walked in.
When I get home from work, he comes down the stairs and follows me into the kitchen. Probably because he knows he gets his treats when I'm there. If I'm forgetful and don't give him his treats as soon as I walk in, he makes sure to meow till I do. I was never much of a cat person until this one came along. He's so sweet and calm, and when he's tired he will take a nap right in your lap.
He loves to be brushed. We have another cat, younger than him, that hates to be brushed. The little one takes off when the brush comes out, but Dub is right there waiting his turn. He also has a special thing he does when he's trying to say hello, he slightly head butts you in the chin - as many times as you'll let him. Especially if you aren't feeling good, this little guy knows and will sleep right in your arms making sure you feel better. It's the cutest thing ever.
The only thing that gets the loveable hair ball running is the vacuum. When myself or my husband pulls out the vacuum, let's just say under the bed is where you will find him.
I can openly say he's my best friend.
