This is Sophie Jones. She is fourteen years old and is originally from Richmond, Virginia. However, when her mom got married she and her brother became military kitties and now she lives in Valdosta, Georgia with her mom and dad, and her brother Kody. Sophie is playful when she wants to be. She is such a funny cat - she loves it when her dad chases her through the house. However, she doesn't really care for when Kody chases her and pins her!
Sophie loves to be up high. She definitely channels her arboreal ancestors in that way. The top of the kitchen cabinets, right near the ceiling, is her favorite perch so she can look out over what's going on. As you can see, she does a pretty good gargoyle impression, even from the coffee table.
Sophie is not much of a snuggler ... except at night when she likes to sleep curled up around her mom's head! She is a sweet kitty and we love her very much!
