Sleeps-alot came to us from our local animal shelter. We adopted him when he was one year old after his previous owner left him with no food and water for weeks. As you can see he completely recovered from that ordeal, and is a healthy guy now. Thankfully he did not end up fiid obsessed after that, like some kitties do.
His favorite passtimes are sitting by the window and watching bald eagles fly by our windows. Or as his name implies, taking a good ol' nap. He loves sprawling on the back of the couch, looking so relaxed and flat it's hard to believe he even has bones, it's quite an object lesson for tense, stressed humans.
Sleeps-alot is such a big part of a family that I couldn't imagine not having him. And he reminds us, it's only one more sleep until Santa comes ...
