This is Creamy, an industrial-strength, serious, cat-person, your standard American rescue kitty.
Creamy was a rescue that came to us through a local recycle shelter. Her history is somewhat nebulous but it is certain that – on two separate occasions – she tripped not one but two of her previous elderly owners, sending each to nursing homes. Until her dying day she had a very bad habit of weaving her way between your feet as you walked….
Creamy was a 'next-to-you' kitty but not a 'lap cat.' She would join you as you did computer work, or whatever, and enjoyed being touched but not being held. She was very tolerant of the several 'small fur-balls' that came into our household during her tenure – even when they would eat her food or keep her awake with their constant washing. She had quite a personality and is definitely missed.
