This is our Siamese cat, her name is Whisper. She is 20 years old, and a very beloved member of our family. So much so that she is often referred to as a "fur person!" She was a gift to me on my birthday fifteen years ago, from my parents. Her name was chosen by my husband,Tom. He chose the name because she is so quiet and gentle. Siamese are known for being very vocal, but not our girl. If she wants attention she will reach up and sweetly pat your face.
She always sheaths her claws and never, ever scratches. Also, our small dog, Happy, considers Whisper his very own cat. He and she play together every day. Whisper is very much loved, Tom and I take delight in her companionship!
