Hi, my name is Manfred and I am two years old. I live in New York City. My owner keeps me on a 'tight leash' so I can't say I get to see the sights that New York has to offer. The only part of the city I got to see was Macy's in Herald Square. My first owner abandoned me in a park across the street from Macy's department store.
My current owner was riding by on a bike and I caught his attention. He assured me he would be back for me and true to his word, he arrived a half hour later with a Sherpa bag and whisked me off to the Animal Medical Center for a complete checkup. I put up a little struggle when he placed me in the bag but that was for show. I have been living in a two-room apartment with two other cats named Vanessa and Amos. Vanessa is the alpha cat but I see myself rising to that level within a short period of time.
