Beth got Oreo on April 1, 2019. She was eight months old when she got her. Beth believes in reincarnation and she explained why. Beth's niece has three cats and she used to have two of her own. When Oreo was first given to Beth, she knew that Oreo was made for her. She said it was like all 5 of the previous cats reincarnated into Oreo. Beth thought that from the moment Oreo was put into her lap.
Oreo is a fun, loving cat. She likes to put her nose on Beth's nose and give her kisses. She loves to chase her tail; she does it all of the time! Oreo also has a toy worm that she carries around Beth's apartment meowing. That toy is her favorite!
When Beth first got Oreo, she was more cuddly than she is now. She used to sit on her chest while they watched TV together. Now, Oreo is more independent. Oreo doesn't prefer to be brushed, but she likes to groom herself to keep clean.
Unlike most other cats, Oreo does like to travel. When Beth goes to her sister's house, Oreo joins them in the car! Oreo likes the car and never misbehaves.
Beth said that Oreo loves to go into her dresser drawers. She usually opens them up, climbs into the drawer, then hops behind the drawer. Beth says that she needs to get out of bed, take the drawer out of the dresser, get Oreo out, and finally put the drawer back in the dresser. She says this usually wakes her all the way up!
