I rescued a female cat and took her to the vet to get her spayed, but the vet lied about her getting fixed. Three months later I had six new kittens. I was petrified learning I was going to have to find homes and take care of a pregnant cat with six kittens on the way. It was such a blessing, as it turns out, I even slept in her room while she gave birth. I kept this one, his name is Giggles.
I fell in love with all of them and was crushed to have to give the kittens away. The one I kept has been a blessing. My other cat has adopted him as his baby and they love each other. The older cat has even turned more playful and happy since I kept the kitten. Our favorite activity is to go to the field across from my house with my dog Chance and while me and him play fetch, the two cats lay on the basketball court, roll around, play, and watch. It's like a family gathering every night. Giggles enjoys boxes, too - any package that comes in, the box gets put on the floor for him to enjoy!
