This
is Peaches our wonderful, sweet, loving cat. We adopted Peaches
from an Animal Shelter, we went looking for a companion for
Duffy,
the cat we already had who was Cat of The Day. We were looking for a
kitten, but after seeing Peaches I fell in love with her. She purrs
so loud and had those eyes that said "Please take me."
Peaches is now about five years old as far as we can tell. Her
favorite thing is eating.
Peaches was adopted when she was about a year and a half old, she was
already declawed and spayed when we got her, it took two hours for us
to chose this special cat. She and Duffy get along fine, but Duffy is
the King pin and calls the shots in this house. It took about two
weeks until they got along good but now one is lost without the
other. Duffy sleeps with me but will not allow Peaches in my bedroom
very often, never to sleep. She sleeps on the couch in the living
room or my chair and sometimes during the night she awakens and gets
lonely and cries like a baby. Duffy used to got out with her, but no
longer so either my husband or I have to get up with her, just like a
baby, and pet her awhile, then she is okay for the rest of the night.
She is the sweetest kitten I have ever had. She is a very loving,
sweet cat who always looks at you with trust in her beautiful green
eyes, she has been a real joy to us and to Duffy also.
