Snoot
is a very large five-year old Himalayan cat who was rescued
from the SPCA four years ago. She currently resides in Rolla, Missouri.
Snoot is very popular with past and present students of
Speech and Media Studies 85 at the University of Missouri-Rolla,
where she is an important aid to understanding the rhetorical
concepts posited by such great theorists as Plato, Aristotle,
Richards, and Burke. Unfortunately, they are all dead and so you
can't visit their pages.
What does Snoot do?
Snoot has many hobbies, among them:
- sleeping,
- eating,
- sleeping,
- playing with plastic bags,
- eating,
- making guest appearances in AnneMarie's classes,
- sleeping,
- visiting family in Cincinnati, OH,
- eating,
- receiving calls on the CB radio, where she is known
by the handle "Super Snoot, the Co-Drivin' Cat," and,
charming airline officials into giving her a first class seat on
a recent flight home, and then offering her a drink before the
plane pulled away from the gate. No kidding. She has the boarding
pass stub to prove it. She also rides in cars, trucks, minivans, and
the cargo holds of commuter airplanes on a regular basis.
