"Little
German" has found his definitive home in an amazing
story. Being a "no special breed stray cat," when he was
around three months old he jumped inside the engine of Miss Elusa's car
when she was 60 miles away in a winter overnight visit to a friend in
an outlying beach area known to have large number of wandering cats.
This occurred, we suppose, because the cat was in search of the heat
from the engine.
The following morning she drove back to Porto Alegre directly to her
work place. At 6:00 pm that day, she drove back home. After parking,
she noticed a weak cat moan coming from someplace. What a surprise
when she found this little cat resting beside the battery, trembling
from cold and hunger! Despite already having two cats, Elusa decided
to take care and home him in her house and now, also, in her heart.
