Squidge
was born on June 15th 1994, a pure black kitten, one of three
presented to us by Boo, our tabby female. His full name was
Squidgey-Bo, after a word we heard Bart Simpson once say (the word
later turned our to be Quidgey-Bo!)
He taught us that he liked to play fetch, so we invested in a few
plastic balls, and watched him have fun! We'd throw the ball, or
cork (he liked those too!), and he'd chase it and bring it back in
his mouth, and deposit it in front of us, demanding it be thrown
again.
We got him a playmate, Pointy, and they would have fun chasing each
other and having paw fights, looked on by our other two cats. Squidge
died suddenly, without warning on March 18th 1998.
He was such a loving, affection cat, and we miss him so much.
