Hi!
I am Dutchess. I was named after the white mother cat in the
movie "Aristocats." I was about two and a half months old
at the time of this photo, but I am now close to nine months old. I
am a Domestic Shorthaired female cat with seal point Siamese
markings. I live in Norman, Oklahoma with my human Mom and Dad. I was
rescued from the life of a "throw-away" kitty cat at the
age of two weeks when Mama kitty's owner took my brother and I to a
veterinarian to be put to sleep. At the age of seven weeks we came to
live in our new home, with our human Mom and Dad who love us dearly.
Shortly after I came here I learned to fish in my water bowl and
would beg my parents to put ice cubes in it so I could go fishing. I
even washed my brother's toys in there. I love the shower...esp when
someone has just finished a shower. I am in the shower before they
are out. I love to attack flour tortilla shells...and snack on them
as I kill 'em. My favorite "toy" is a paper ball. I love it
when Mom and Dad take me out for a walk on my leash... I always have
to be with Mom and Dad or I cry, cry, cry. It's a Siamese quality, so
don't blame me. I even know how to say, "Mama" -
especially if I don't feel well. Well, gotta get back to my toys or
my brother may take them... he likes to take all of my things. Bye!
